EVERYONE

EVERYONE.team is the platform side of the EVERYONE project. It is one part of a partnership of partners. Other partners run the platforms, protocols, directories, and tools the project relies on for depth.

The truth that we are connected is structural. Recognition of it serves the person and the team in every future, and belief in this truth being real is the lever for what becomes possible, simple and mysterious at once.
In one paragraph

EVERYONE is a long-term project working to make the truth that we are connected visible, navigable, and actionable. Its outputs include a film in production, a book in development, a brand, a manifesto, and a growing channel of shorter pieces. EVERYONE.team is the platform side of that project. It brings new members in through a simple one-click signup, gives each one a permanent number, a personalized mark, and a share link, and connects to other partner platforms for the depth work (identity protocols, agent protocols, matching platforms, directories, marketplaces, and more).

Live The signup page is live at everyone.team/in. A personal Roster prototype is gated to a small founding circle at everyone.team/me/roster. The film, book, brand, and campaign work are in active development. Last updated May 17, 2026
Section 01 · The thesis

We are connected. Structurally. The recognition is recoverable.

The truth comes first. Belief is what makes the truth actionable. EVERYONE is the project that holds both.

We are all in this together, on one team. There is a game being played, everywhere, all the time, by everyone. There is no outside. The interconnection is structural fact, not philosophy.

Truth produces recognition. Recognition produces belief. Belief produces orientation, effort, coordination, imagination, and other channels we are still learning to name. EVERYONE’s philosophical foundation holds the “and more” deliberately. Anyone who has been part of something that took on a life of its own knows the second category is real.

The both/and

EVERYONE does not narrow the interconnection thesis to one register. It holds the structural, the karmic, and the spiritual as three rooms of the same house. Reach a reader through whichever room is theirs. The truth is the same in all three.

Section 02 · The composition

A partnership of partners.

One project, many partners. Each contributes the layer they are best positioned to.

The shape of the moment.

Three trends are landing at once. AI agents are becoming primary users of online systems, which is reshaping what platforms are designed for. People are increasingly unwilling to give platforms full ownership of their data, which is reshaping what they will accept. Confidence in shared futures is collapsing, which is sharpening the demand for orientation. A platform built around a cultural story (rather than another data extractor) speaks to all three. The launch window for this kind of work is open now and stays open over the next several years.

What EVERYONE contributes.

EVERYONE.team contributes the cultural front door. Three pieces compose it. The cultural production made by the broader project: a film in production, a book in development, the first cinematic campaign in production, an ongoing channel of shorter pieces, the brand, the EVERY1 mark. The signup page at everyone.team/in where any visitor can join with one click and receive a permanent number, a personalized mark, and a share link. The steady stream of new members that comes from people seeing the cultural work and choosing to join.

What other partners contribute.

The depth that EVERYONE.team does not try to rebuild. Identity protocols, agent protocols, matching platforms, directories, marketplaces, and other operational layers, each run by a partner already working in that domain.

How a partner brings a member in, briefly.

The smallest possible integration is a URL. A partner platform sends a member to https://everyone.team/in?partner=<partner_id>&pid=<your_member_id>, and the EVERYONE record is minted with the partner attribution stored on the member. The partner can later match the EVERYONE number back to their own record. Live in production as of May 22, 2026. Full spec at /partners/platform/integration.

The security model, briefly.

The membership signup is intentionally zero-friction: one click, no required fields, a permanent number and a personal recovery link the member saves. That posture has a cost: if the recovery link is leaked, anyone with it can act as the member. The deliberate trade is that a Level 0 account has nothing of significant value to steal beyond the number, so the risk is small in practice. The moment a member tries to do anything with stakes (paying, accessing partner-tier surfaces, becoming an investor), the system requires a verified contact channel (email, SMS, or WhatsApp), rotates the permanent token, and switches that account to magic-link-only authentication. Security scales with what is at stake.

The team taking care of the team, briefly.

The thesis of EVERYONE is that we are all on one team and that recognition of this serves every person in it. The platform is the place where that recognition becomes operational. Every new member is part of a tree built by other members, and the work of bringing them in is, structurally, the team taking care of itself. When EVERYONE sells anything (team wear, the book, future products, partner-routed services), a meaningful share of any attributed sale returns to whoever brought the buyer in. Currently in the neighborhood of 15%, off the top, before profits are calculated. The locked principle is universal participation; the specific rate may evolve and may differ by category or by relationship. This is the team recognizing itself, made visible in the math. Beyond per-sale recognition, members participate in the wider flywheel as the tree they help form shows up in attributed activity over time.

How value is shared, briefly.

Net Distributable Profits split five ways at the campaign level: Investors (cash and deferred), EVERYONE LLC operations, Creative and Production Team, Reinvestment, and Charitable. Each pool is one fifth. All percentages are adjustable; the principle of the five-way split is constant. The full waterfall and the five mechanisms for creative engagement (defer for participation at a material multiple, NDP share, flywheel returns, long-arc participation, carried into future entities) are described in the deeper read.

Deeper read. The full short white paper on the platform side of EVERYONE lives at /partners/platform/whitepaper. Includes the philosophy, the ultra-low-friction doorway, mission-first content as the recruitment mechanism, how the team taking care of itself works in practice, the simplest possible profile and sign-in, what emerges when a team recognizes itself, the partnership philosophy, how the rewards flow back, what is real and what is in flight, and EVERYONE.team's specific role in all of it.

What the member receives.

A cultural orientation through EVERYONE.team, so a new member arrives with a clear sense of what the project is and what they are joining. Operational tools through partner platforms, so the member can act on that orientation. The member benefits from both, without having to start their identity over at each new platform.

A note on lineage. We are not inventing the architectural ideas behind portable identity, federation, or composition of platforms. Other teams have been working these problems for years. The EVERYONE.team contribution is the cultural and recruitment layer that sits on top of that broader work, not the protocol layer itself.
Section 03 · The content

The body of work behind the front door.

The cultural production is the work that draws people in. Here is what is being made.

The channel.

The EVERYONE channel is intended to ship at every scale. Short cuts, vignettes, campaigns, longer narrative pieces, behind-the-scenes content, and shorter or alternate-format expressions of the immersive film when appropriate. The channel and the film are peers with deliberate overlap: the immersive 45-minute experience is its own destination, and shorter or differently-formatted versions can travel through the channel. The work mixes pieces made by the core team with contributions from members and collaborating filmmakers, in one voice. Deeper read at /partners/channel.

The first campaign in production.

A cinematic piece designed to land in a late-2026 cultural window. The longer campaign brief is at /launchcampaign.

The film in production.

A 45-minute immersive cinematic experience in five movements. Walks the viewer from separation to recognition.

The book.

A manuscript in development. Roughly 35,000 words and growing, in four parts: The Weight, The Reframe, The Lever, The Invitation. Working title: A halftime speech to a team that forgot it is a team. A public sales and preview page lives at everyone.team/book. Selected pieces are readable now at everyone.team/read. A separate experiment lives at believe.everyone.team: a book you can talk to, argue with, push against, and help expand. Anyone can challenge any argument, see the ones that did not survive scrutiny in the graveyard, and submit additions of their own.

The brand and the mark.

The EVERY1 mark worn as a signal of shared orientation. At first glance the mark reads as a “1.” The individual, the isolated self. With attention, the negative space reveals the word EVERYONE. Once seen, it cannot be unseen. The mark is identity infrastructure, not merchandise. Brand brief and asset library at /brand.

The manifesto.

A short piece of writing that compresses the project’s thesis. Read at signup so anyone joining EVERYONE.team knows what the project is for. The line at the top of this page is the heart of it.

Section 04 · Where we are now

An honest snapshot.

What is live, what is in development. Written for someone considering whether and how to partner.

Live.

  • The signup page at everyone.team/in. One click, no required fields, returns a permanent number, a personalized mark, and a share link.
  • The personal member home at everyone.team/me. Each member can view their number and mark, copy their invite link and personal recovery link, edit their profile, see their tree count, and request a fresh recovery link by email.
  • Email magic-link recovery. Members who add an email receive a personal-link email; if they lose their device, they can request a fresh single-use link from /in or /me. The Level-0 to Level-1 security path from the just-in-time security model is shipped.
  • A public memo describing the membership model at everyone.team/membership.
  • A personal Roster prototype at everyone.team/me/roster. Gated to a small founding circle. Runs over a real contact graph as a working test.
  • The public companion to the book at believe.everyone.team, with the live arguments and graveyard.
  • The brand and asset library at everyone.team/brand.

In development.

  • The first cinematic campaign.
  • The immersive film.
  • The book manuscript.
  • The expansion of the personal Roster from the founding circle outward.
  • The partnership conversations this page is part of.

Direction.

Growth happens slowly and on purpose, in stages, with each stage waiting until the previous one is working. Cultural production ships when it is ready. Partnerships are built one at a time, not chased.

Section 05 · Where we are open

The questions we are working through.

These are the questions where a partner conversation moves the project forward.

Composition shapes.

We know what EVERYONE.team contributes to the partnership. The specific shape of each early partnership is still forming and comes out of conversations like this one.

The pace of the front door.

We are building the signup mechanic slowly and on purpose, without growth hacks. When and how to open it more widely is still an open question.

The shape at scale.

What it looks like when many partners are integrated. What governance, if any, the partnership needs. How the cultural identity stays coherent when many parts contribute.

The just-in-time security model.

The design (zero-friction for free accounts; required verified contact and magic-link-only authentication the moment anything is at stake) is captured in canon and not yet built. The implementation touches the signup function, the magic-link sender, the token rotation logic, the tier-gate at every paid or partner-tier action, and the member-managed contact page. A partner with experience in this kind of progressive authentication design might shorten the path.

What we have not yet considered.

The most useful thing a partner can do is identify what we have not considered. This page is intentionally short and partial. The fuller substance lives in the longer conversation.
