Founders, producers, and creative leadership behind EVERYONE.
Confidential. For Invited Partners and Collaborators Only
Zak Zaidman is the creative force behind EVERYONE. He is the author of EVERYONE: A Case for Belief: Why the Human Team Can Still Win, the architect of the EVERYONE intellectual framework, and the creative director of all expressions of the project: from the immersive cinematic experience to the Belief Companion AI to the platform and campaigns.
Zak studied philosophy, psychology, anthropology, and creative arts at UC San Diego, then was awarded a National Science Foundation Fellowship in cognitive science at UC Berkeley, where his research focused on consciousness and human perception. In 1993, he co-founded Gravity, one of the world's first immersive content design studios, incubated at Silicon Graphics and partnering with Intel, IBM, and Disney to explore real-time 3D media and emotionally resonant interactive storytelling: work that prefigured by decades the immersive experiences now being built for venues like the Sphere.
Over two decades since, Zak has built ventures and led strategy across technology, climate, agriculture, and cultural change: always at the intersection of emerging systems, regenerative thinking, and purpose-driven leadership. The ideas behind EVERYONE are the product of fifteen years of collaborative development with Zev, refined through thousands of conversations, hundreds of thousands of words of original writing, and a conviction that the most important work left to do is to help people see what they already are: one team, on one planet, in one moment that still matters.
At EVERYONE, Zak leads all creative direction, concept development, brand vision, and philosophical architecture. He wrote the book, designed the system, and directs every expression of the project.
Zev Zaidman is the producer and operational architect behind EVERYONE. His career spans investment banking, commercial banking, money management, venture capital, startups, and sustainability-driven organizations: a path that has given him a practical, systems-level understanding of how capital, incentives, and structure shape what gets built and who benefits.
At EVERYONE, Zev translates creative ambition into fundable, executable structure. He designed the profit participation model, built the financial architecture, leads fundraising and investor relations, and manages operations. His role is to ensure that the vision has a vehicle: that the work is not just inspiring but investable, not just meaningful but operational.
Zev brings decades of experience structuring deals, building organizations, and navigating the gap between what should exist and what the market will support. His long-standing conviction: that the world does not have to be the way it is: is not abstract. It is the engine behind EVERYONE's financial and organizational design: a structure where value flows to everyone who contributes, not just those at the top of the capital stack.
Together, Zak and Zev have been developing the core ideas behind EVERYONE for over fifteen years. They are brothers, equal co-owners of EVERYONE LLC, and joint decision-makers on all matters.
