EVERYONE's commitment to creative collaborators.
You have already read what EVERYONE is. This document is about what it means for you.
EVERYONE's central principle is structural alignment. Mission and money are not in tension. The architecture is designed so that everyone who contributes is paid in proportion to what they put in, and so that success funds the mission on the same day it pays back capital. The 2X cap on investor returns, the day-one distribution to company, creative teams, ecosystem reinvestment, and the charitable foundation, the fact that there is no hidden upside reserved for founders. The structure does the work that values usually try to do alone.
That same principle extends to the people who make the campaigns, the films, and everything else EVERYONE puts into the world.
A creative on an EVERYONE project is not a vendor and not spec labor. You are a co-builder of a system designed to compound. You participate in that compounding alongside the founders, the investors, and the platform itself.
Here are five ways that participation can keep paying back.
You can elect to take part of your fee in cash and roll the rest into the project as an in-kind investment. The deferred portion enters EVERYONE LLC's profit participation pool at a material multiple of what you defer.
You choose the split, zero to one hundred percent. Pay in full if you want to be paid in full. Defer if you want a magnified seat in the system you are helping build.
Every EVERYONE campaign runs revenue through a defined waterfall to Net Distributable Profits. A portion of NDP flows back to the creative and production team that built the work. Your share is proportional to fee, time on the project, and contribution to results.
The full waterfall and the current model live in the campaign financial workbook, which we share as part of any engagement.
EVERYONE is one connected ecosystem. Campaigns drive audience. Audience drives platform growth. Platform growth drives the film, the book, the team wear, and the next campaigns. Returns generated by that compounding loop back to the people who built the early pieces.
Specifics are set case by case, on the principle that the first money in is the first money out. Early team members are paid out sooner and benefit through more channels than people who arrive later. The system is designed to reward conviction in proportion to when and how it shows up.
EVERYONE is just getting started. The campaign you are about to make is one of many pieces of work that will be built over the coming decade. The film, the platform, new campaigns, new product lines, new entities that do not exist yet.
The intent is long-term, deep, and win-win in every direction. People who help build the early flywheel are inside the arc, not on it for one project. Some of the opportunities ahead will be bigger than this one. They keep arriving.
EVERYONE LLC today is a profit participation structure. As EVERYONE forms new businesses downstream, including sister entities, spin-outs, and vertical-specific structures (some of which may be equity vehicles rather than profit participation), the people who built the early flywheel are carried into those new entities.
Not vested in like an employee. Welcomed in like a founding contributor. The vehicle changes. The principle holds: if you helped build the foundation, you are inside the work as new floors get added.
Current intent is participation sized at a material multiple of your original contribution, on the same first-money-in principle that runs through this document.
The specifics for any one engagement are determined case by case. The principles are constant. First money in, first money out. Early people are paid sooner and benefit through more channels. Deferred contribution earns a magnified position.
The mechanisms above are not subject to a slow legal process. They are how the work is being built, project by project, person by person, in real time.
EVERYONE's argument to the world is that we are all on one team, that win-win is the only kind of winning that lasts, and that the structures we build should embody that claim. Or the philosophy is just talk.
The people carrying the campaigns into the world are not vendors to a vision. They are co-builders of the system the vision is becoming.
